Pollution levels in Glasgow (Scotlands biggest city of over 1 million people) has breached EU safety limits more often than London (population almost 10 million) this year.

Part of the reason is that little money has been spent to improve light railway or convert diesel to electric buses in the city. But the council here is LABOUR run and the same population who suffer the consequences keep voting Labour at general elections and local ones..... no accounting for the stupid is there.
