The European states are quite rightly building their own combined armed response team to combat situations that will adversely affect Europe.

Clinton had the audacity to try and dictate terms of use of this force, saying it should not replicate what NATO does, should not upset trans-Atlantic ties nor upset pro-USA non-NATO members.
