Labour and Liberals carving up Scotland
The Labour party will do a deal with the Liberals to control the Scottish
parliament if they can.
They will ensure that the Scots voice is muted and that any hint of
independence and self determination is eradicated, whilst London
pulls at the strings of its puppet parliament.
The devolved parliament has NO SUBSTANTIAL POWERS AT ALL... and
Donald Dewar says we Scots will have full control, over NO SUBSTANTIAL POWERS.
Dewar said "Tony Blair is the man who has helped deliver this system, his support was very important for it. This is
the biggest decentralisation of power this century and the answer is that we will have a writ for this
parliament that runs in the devolved areas - full stop."
