The EU veterinary committee cleared Northern Irish herds for export once more but did not do the same for Scottish beef herds. The reason given was the herds could be tracked via some "hi-tech" method in the province but no such tracking system was in place in Scotland.

Lets hope labour do something about this rapidly!
