Scots being lied to as usual over economic health
The SNP have said that an independent assessment
of North Sea oil revenues by Aberdeen University's
Professor Alex Kemp, showed Westminster receiving
£4bn a year based on a price of 22 dollars a barrel - just
under the current market price.
The SNP say Scotland would have a budgetary surplus of £10.2bn
over the next three years and, even with a full share of
the UK debt interest, the surplus would be more than
£3bn.
London still claims Scotland has a budgetary deficit that is topped
up by Westminsters kind hearts... but they DO NOT INCLUDE all the
revenue they rape from Scotland in the form of oil revenue.
