SNP treasurer under pressure to go from SNP executive
Ian Blackford, SNP party treasurer and outspoken proponent of immediate Scottish independence is under pressure to leave from the SNP leader Alex Salmon and
SNP deputy, John Swinney.
The reasons laid out by Salmond would have us believe its all about the state
of SNP financial affairs , but it is more likely that Mr Salmond intends to
keep Scottish independence on the back burner until he has the authority in
Scotland to hammer it home to London.
Ian Blackfords opinions about the 'Union' are well known and many
SNP supporters agree that a harder line needs to be taken against Westminsters
continued domination of the Scots.
We'll have to wait and see what revelation strikes Blackford after his weekend
in the Scottish outback!
