Oil giant create another pollution risk

Yet again the Grangemouth petrochemical complex near Scotlands capital, Edinburgh, underwent another major failure this week. This time a series of giant steam powered explosions rocked the area for miles around as equipment failed.

After the electrical power outage only a couple of week ago the Scottish parliament needs to ORDER a full blown safety check at the expense of the companies using the facility.
