labour to break up NHS between Scotland and England
So much for a unified health service, with better standards and an end to trusts that squandered patient care money into managerial time wasting!
Now Labour intends to pay senior nurses in England more than in Scotland, and
many senior nurses will leave for England for this reason, as they have been underpaid by ALL London governments
for years.
This will leave Scotland short of senior experienced staff, and no doubt the
SNP will have to use the tax varying powers of the Scottish parliament to
raise tax to KEEP nurses in Scotland.
Labour will then use this as ammunition to say the SNP are mis managing the
country.... come on Blair - you're as shallow as a water hole in the Sahara....
