Perhaps we do have many old school buses on the roads and perhaps we need new ones, but given Blairs government has show it does not care for the lives of Scottish school children why buy them?

Blair still has it in his dimnutive mind to bring the "UK" on to what will be Euro time, plunging Scotlands workers, commuters and CHILDREN into pitch black mornings for almost three months every year.

If he cares so much, why do this? Many Scottish kids still walk to school after all!
