With Scottish schools set to get an extra £80m from the FIXED budget of the Scottish parliament it may look a little more cheerful, but it isn't. Other ministers in the so called Scottish executive will now have to scramble for the pie of £16 billion . There will be casualties.

Whats more disturbing is that the Liberals may have a scheme planned with labour already where they will bankrupt their morals further and allow university fees to stay in Scotland as long as they are allowed to continue ruling with labour in Scotland.
