Labour to use civil servants for political ends
The labour and Liberal parties are to use the Scottish civil service, a supposedly policticaly independent body, to push London based policies and do pro-London (ANTI SCOTTISH independence) lobbying whilst the Scottish parliament is out on vacation in April, JUST before the Scottish parliamentary elections.
Fiona Hyslop, the SNPs shadow parliamentary business minister said "the announcement today from Labour and Liberal Democrats that during April, when the parliament is dissolved, coalition ministers can use civil servants to cost all party policies is unacceptable"
