In a move to stave off wholesale slaughter of Labour (and Liberal) councils in Scotland, the Labour (London controlled) Scottish executive has decided to postpone ALL local election for 12 months, preserving their useless corrupt local authorities for another year.

This will also make local issues more hidden as the new voting date would coincide with the votes for the MPs to go to Westminster.
