Although the salaries of Scottish MPs (MSPs) is LESS than their English counterparts (even though Edinburgh is almost as expensive as London!) it almost TWICE the national Scottish average. A supposedly independent review body has recommended an 11% rise in MSP salaries, when inflation is only 2% and when nurses only received 3.6%.

This is of course in line with the London backed squandering of cash on a ridiculously overpriced new Scottish parliament building that will suck funds away from matters that need cash in Scotland.

Seems as though London inspired gluttony is coming home to Edinburgh sponsored by the same bad attitude prevalent in Westminster.
