Scottish school children could eat better if only parliament would let them

Tommy Sheridan, the man who has been honest and forthright about helping the electorate has suggested the Scottish executive (it is NOT a government of Scotland even though it sits in a so called parliament) raise income taxes by 1% to pay for a nutritionally balanced midday meal for all Scottish pupils in State schools.

This is a GREAT idea.

The Scottish diet is generally poor, because of London induced poverty and poor education on health issues.
