The English grand committee will be re-established. Filled with English constituency MPs only, it will focus (quite rightly) on English issues.

This is NOT a backlash against Scottish devolution, but a realisation that the "United" in "United Kingdom" is a myth. A myth in so much as a government in London cannot meet the needs of people living in a different country, with a different culture, history and needs - that country being Scotland, yet alone hope to meet and UNDERSTAND the needs of all the people of England.
