Scots high school education is NOW a failure
The spin doctored name exam 'higher still', pushed down the throats of the Scots public by Tony Blair and Helen Liddell and sucked in as a breath of 'fresh air' by STUPID Scots who vote Labour has been branded a failure in the widest survey of teaching opinion in Scotland.
The poll of almost 2,000 teachers, commissioned by the Scottish executive, shows that 50% believe that the exams have failed to the provide greater vocational choice for pupils that was one of the system's aims.
A quarter claim they have failed to improve pupils' chances of going to university, and about 20% believe the school curriculum has worsened since the exams were introduced last year.
