Mr Blair has decided that he wants to cut the number of members of the as yet unelected Scottish parliament to about 100 seats instead of the full 129 that the people of Scotland voted for under blairs own bill!!!

Blair said he wants to make it clear that the Scottish parliament will be subordinate to Westminster.

Its hard to believe he would use the term subordinate. As Scots we have been subjugated for 300 years by Londons fancies, and the Scottish voter will soon put and end to that.

It is likely that Blair needs to subjugate someone as he IS subordinate to the more level headed European Parliament.
