Its not the Xfiles its BSE

Prosper de Mulder,a company based in Northern England spent two decades grinding down cow leftovers to make high protein cow feed substitutes and exported it world wide. Most of these countries using the product now have mad cow disease in their herds and it has been suggested (London Times 4th February 2001) that this one company may have started a BSE pandemic.

The list of countries that used the foodstuff did NOT include the USA nor Canada, but given the jealous way the beef industry in those countries guards its reputation the public should have absolute access to Mulders files to be VERY sure that the contaminated feed did NOT enter the North American food chain.
