Henry McLeish, the Labour Scottish '1st' minister is still seeking the right to veto information disclosed to ANYONE outside the Scottish 'cabinet' or executive.

This makes the Scottish executive more secretive than ever, but with the mile long trail of half truths fed to the Scots via this 'executive' to help keep them as the last British colony, too much truth would destroy this rotten 'united kingdom'.
