Creation of science park in Glasgow has some drawbacks
The notion of a science park with heavy funding in central Glasgow has a
great deal of appeal. There are two problems. Firestly, few people
will want to live in this `science quarter` and secondly, the `brain drain`
from Scotland continues unabated as the scarcity of jobs and high taxation
driven by London and forced on the Scots through the craven Scottish executive
makes the most technically talented head OUT of the "UK" as a whole.
