Gordon Brown is using some of the huge quantity of cash made by selling off the 'air waves' to wireless companies, allowing them to pollute and slowly microwave the population to help out some old age pensioners.

It is a step in the direction but will not help when these same vunerable people on low restricted incomes get gouged for high food prices caused by the STILL TOO High tax on fuel that is passed on to the end consumer.
