Divide and rule, Glasgow leaves Scotland councils in the cold
Most of the population of Glasgow, Scotlands largest city of over a million
souls has always voted Labour. Its councils are nearly always Labour.
Now Glasgow, Scotlands biggest city of over a million souls has pulled out of the
association of Scottish authorities, COSLA and plans to go it alone when negotiating with the Labour led (London controlled) Scottish 'executive' over spending.
This leaves the rest of the country hamstrung when trying to force McLeish into
helping Scotland cities and towns.
So we see labour doing divide and rule
