Labours plans for transport in Scotland
Malcolm Chisholm, the new transport Minister for Scotland said:
Parking fine money will help to pay for traffic improvements in the areas where the money is collected instead of going to London.
The change will raise £3 million a year in Edinburgh.
Scottish Office will encourage councils to introduce 20mph speed limits outside schools and on residential streets.
These and other measures are to help form a new integrated transport infrastruture.
Final approval for an express busway in Edinburgh.
