Scottish businessmen lack-lustre?
John swinney, deputy SNP leader, said of the lack of faith in Scotlands economic that "This collapse in
confidence will have more to do with two years of persistently high interest rates,
which are not what is required to help the Scottish economy. It is about time we had
economic policies which promoted prosperity for Scotland by encouraging firms to
invest."
