These venues need to POST CLEARLY on their doors and menus that NO pagers or phones will work on the premises and then BLOCK the devices using a microwave jammer. Even in the USA where the wireless industry bought off the government in the 1996 telecommunications act it is an offence to interfere with the GENERAL propagation of health damaging microwave radiation for wireless toys, but if its on your OWN property, and it ONLY affects your property, jamming cellular junk and WARNING your customers before hand is the same as insisting on 'proper atire' or refusing drunks access.....
