Labour quiet as Liberals offer SNP poison cup
The leader of the Liberal democrats in Scotland (Jim Wallace) passed the poison cup to Alex Salmond when he said the liberals WOULD forge a coalition with the SNP if the SNP dropped their pledge to make Scotland a free nation again.
Wallace said "The question Alex Salmond has to
answer is, if it came to doing things that we could find common cause in promoting – education or
abolishing tuition fees or a range of other issues – is he going to throw away that chance because he
insists on a referendum on independence?"
IF THE SNP DO THIS THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN ANY LONDON BASED PARTY AND
SCOTLAND WILL BE SHACKLED TO LONDON FOR LORD KNOWS HOW LONG
