Labour smashes student funding
In line with Labours fantasy (shall we just say 'white lie') about opening up
higher education to more people, Labour has announced that students
will not be able to take out loans to help them cover
this new Labor tax on education.
The Dearing report is to blame for this tax on education.
Even though this 1000 pound fee is only meant to affect wealthier families
it is wrong. These families have paid their taxes and their children and
the parents ought not to be punished for their success and hard work.
The Dearing report recommended all students from all backgrounds should pay a fee of 1,000 pounds ($1600) a year in tuition fees.
WHY ISN'T LOTTERY MONEY USED TO FUND THIS SHORTFALL RATHER
THAN WASTING IT ON SPORTS STADIUMS AND PRETTY PARKS ROUND LONDON? labour
said education was a priority - to do what - finish the Tory wrecking job
Labour is also to scrap University grants - how TORY OF THEM....
What is worse is fellow Scots voted for these new Tories.
