Professor Arthur Midwinter (department of government at Strathclyde University and expert on public spending) said the control Westminster and the London Treasury would maintain over Scotlsnd after May showed just how much the Scottish parliament remained a subsidiary of the UK system, operating under existing planning and control constraints.

"Everything has to be under the umbrella of the Treasury. The significant thing is that it is the Treasury that is going to referee and that is a continuation of the existing arrangements as they apply to the Scottish Office"

Labour VOTERS need to vote SNP, or their VOTE is a vote for continued domination of Scotland, its people, industry, healthcare and schooling by Englands standards - irrespective of what the Scots want.
