London plans to introduce tolls on some Scottish motorways as a pilot scheme.. the same trick the Tories used when they enforced the poll tax illegally on Scotland and not on the whole "UK"

The SNP leader Alex Salmond said : "We will fiercely oppose road tolling and the pilot scheme will become a central issue in the elections for a Scottish parliament. It is impossible to argue for this on environmental terms. It's not green its brown - Gordon Brown wanting money."
