Its been a long struggle to get Scotland on the net so if you want to you could use an extension other than ".uk" for your email and business needs.

The SNP have moved from www.snp.co.uk to www.snp.org, but thats no more a declaration of internet independence that saying westminster.org!!!

Even the Palestinian STATE (not country) has obtained access to the ISO 3166 country code list and declared REAL internet independence.

I would like to see the SNP make more stenuous efforts to do the same, JUST to give people the choice between .uk and ."whatever" that Scotland chooses with ISO's help!!
