London tries to spy on us all again
For the third time in 18 months, Blair is using the spectre of rampant
drug dealing, and sickening paedophile action to try and justify snooping
on the internet and phone activity of us ALL, without a warrant and without
our consent.
The European Convention on Human Rights is very clear on this matter. No snooping
without due process and without a judges consent.
Perhaps the Americans are foolish enough to allow 'carnivore' to eavesdrop
on all their business and personal lives and not care. After all , the Americans
are now pinpointed to within a tiny area EVERY time they use their cell phones.
However, we DO value our rights to privacy and they are now enshrined by European law,
here's the article I wrote last year on the matter.
