Scottish population in decline because of NO HOME RULE
It seems ludicrous, but one reason Scotlands population is declining is because
people are leaving to find jobs in the USA or England as poverty and stagnation are forced on the Scots by Londons policies.
Alex Neil, convener of the Scottish parliament's enterprise and lifelong learning committee, would give tax breaks and a Singapore styled package to attract ex-pat Scots home.
However, most of these people do not see any future in a Scotland that is treated as a colony by Westminster, where economic policy and everyday life is STILL
dictated by London and where they will have poor future for their children.
Remove the root cause of the problem , become a nation state in control of your destiny and see what happens.
