Its ironic that Donald Dewar, Blairs right hand man in Scotland should plan a come back to the parliament before he is fully recovered from his heart operation to stamp out feuding within Labour ranks over health spending.

Dewars aides highlighted the supposed 500 million pounds extra in Scottish health spending and said the matter of 34 million pounds ($70 million) being held back was of no consequence.

Try telling that to families of those who have died recently because they couldn't get the bed for heart , liver or kidney surgery in Scotlands hospitals..... Never mind, if the Liberals finally stand erect and quit their craven behaviour then we'll get proportional representation AS PROMISED all over Scotland in the council elections also and be rid of these Labour Westminster loving reprobates.
