New Scottish parliament to be built - but its costly
After weeks of arguing, its all over, the Scots will have to foot the
bill of at least £109 million ($170 million) to build a new
parliament building, rather than using the almost never used Church
of Scotland assembly rooms.
Its a shame so much money will be wasted on this building for a puppet
parliament.
