Gordon Brown plans to hike petrol prices by 1% above the rate of inflation in his next budget. This will seriously hit the Scot, who HAS to use his car as there is no good public alternative. All THAT money is being spent in the South of England to tie in Blair Tory voters....

Petrol prices in Scotland and England are already tax hiked by 80% of the true value of the product, the little lie to make us all feel better is that the money will be used to help public transport - and YES IT WILL - but only for those in the South East of England....
