The Scotsman editorial slams the quality of the Scottish education system.

No one will say the system is perfect, but the consistent starvation of englands schools by London, the lowering in quality of school exams in an effort to have fun making ratings tables is NOT for Scotland

The Scottish parliament will have to act, but in Scotlands interests, with news schools, more technology and exams that tax pupils at the right times and not implement the mees that is now Englands system.

The Scottish teachers KNOW what must be done. Listen to them and not to those who'd follow London over the cliff if the tune was right.
