Edinburgh-based stockbroker, Bell Lawrie White, produced a study to look at Scotlands economic behaviour post independence and although it was not all good news the main comment is this

"It is not evident, therefore, that independence would be seriously harmful or beneficial to living standards."

Thanks, that's all we as Scots needed to know.
