Andrew Cubie, the man whose report into the scrapping of tuition fees almost led to break up of the Scottish parliament clique filled with Nu-Labour and spineless Liberals is unhappy still.

The Liberals sold out and agreed to DOUBLE tax Scottish students post graduation rather than impose tuition fees.

Now Cubie wants the Liberals and Labour bedfellows to realise this is not what he intended nor what Scottish universities need.
