Scotsman paper finally sees flaws in Labour
The Scotsman paper, the staunchest ally labour had during the
election campaign in Scotland this year, has returned to its
old (and in my opinion better) habits of asking questions!
The paper today questioned the un-necessary secrecy that Westminster
and Blair want to control information flow and promote a closed rather
than open government.
The current freedom of information bill falls miles short of the access
peoples of other nations, Denmark and the USA for example, have to
view just who said what to whom and for what reason in closed dark little corridors
of power.
