Labour still power mad over Scotland
The Barnett formula , the mechanism the Treasury in London uses to figure
out how much the over taxed, London-subsidising Scots should get back to run
Scotland is to be altered after 1999.
This review is not to be carried out by the Scottish parliament but by London, who
will no doubt look on with a Smirk as the Scottish parliament begs to have its own
tax money returned to it.
Better independence as soon as possible. Lets see if London can float without Scotlands
overpayment of taxes of all sorts into its coffers.
