Robin Cook (Labour in London) has announced that there are plans and talks in progress between the Scottish executive (ie the Labour party in Scotland) to give seats in the ENGLISH house of Lords to MSPS voted into this new 'reformed upper house'.

Now we see why new Labour in Scotland and the Liberal party are so keen to sell Scotland out, and stab us in the back and do as London says - because there is a Big fat Lordship at the end of it for being a good little Westminster poodle.
