Scottish labour publish junk figures over car tax and fuel tax
Scotland Office Minister Brian Wilson stated that the "UK" motorist pays £1205 / year in
road tax compared to the EU average of £1222.
MY GOD, thats 17 pounds a YEAR LESS !!!
How stupid of me and all motorists who are sick of paying 73% fuel tax.....
at this tax rate you rip off the 17 pounds back in two trips to the petrol station.
Wilson went on to prove his lack of intelligence by saying "Anyone who argues for lower fuel taxation on the basis of bringing
us into line with the rest of Europe is obliged to respond to these
findings."
