The price of petrol in an independent Scotland could be as much as 50p a
litre lower than today, according to a new study of oil revenues.
Even if oil prices fell dramatically from their current high, Scotland would
still be in line for a multi-billion-pound tax windfall next year worth more
than £440 for every man, woman and child.
