Motorists in Scotland and England have been hit with an £8 billion hike in taxes - equivalent to a 4p (7cents) in the pound rise in income tax - since Labour came to office in 1997

So much for Labour helping the Scots who produce so much oil wealth they then given away to London in the first place.
