The Tory party, with NO MPs and no councils is set to tour Scotland to tell us that they now believe devolution is bad.

Dr Liam Fox, the TORY shadow constitutional affairs spokesman said : "Our country is in grave danger. The Government has embarked on a series of radical changes to the way we run our affairs, but they have no idea how to finish the process they have started. We believe devolution poses a threat to the United Kingdom. We believe there are serious risks inherent in it."
