Election debates will be stage managed

Plans to hold American-like stage managed 'debates' across the so called "UK" before the next general election in May 2001 will likely EXCLUDE the opinions of over 35% of the voters in Scotland who want independence and vote SNP to achieve this.

In the same way as the Americans excluded Raplh Nader (the Green party candidate) from televised debates even though he subsequently polled over 2 million votes in this years US election fiasco, Blair, Hague and the Liberal party leader don't care if they disenfranchise 35% of Scots voters by excluding John Swinney (SNP leader) from debates in Scotland.

How democratic. Remember how Blair excluded the SNP from civil servant access in 1998?
