A Scottish company set up with venture capital earlier this year is to sell and promote oil expertise and many other high-tech courses from Scotland and Scottish universities to the United Arab Emirates.

A representative from the the firm, Scottish Knowledge, was quoted as having said "I'll be broking partners; my job is to sell Scotland education, training and expertise."
