Scots wait in pain to see consulting doctor
Scots patients are waiting 3% longer to see a consultant after being referred there by their own doctor (GP). This rise
contravenes Labours pledge made in their manifesto lie
Short end of the stick again... but keep on voting Labour you
dimwits....
Pat Dawson, director of the Scottish Association of Health
Councils, said: "This is very worrying for patients. We want to
see more patients being seen within the nine-week target so
patients do not have an anxious wait, sometimes in pain, to see
a consultant."
