Labours University charges challenged

Tony Blairs government may well have to alter its plans to charge NON Scottish students more cash to complete a 4 year Scottish University course than native Scots ( notice here Blair choses to admit the SCOTS are a separate entity - just when it suits him ).

The European court of justice may make Blair turn about. An addition to the Treaty of Rome, to be introduced next year, will give EU citizens the right to challenge their own governments against alleged discrimination on the basis of race or ethnicity.

TIME FOR A SCOTTISH PASSPORT AS THE GOVERNMENT IN ENGLAND SAYS WE HAVE TO HAVE THE SO CALLED BRITISH CROWN ON OUR PASSPORTS. THAT'S DISCRIMINATORY. THE SCOTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHOSE THEIR PASSPORT AS IT HELPS DEFINE THEIR ETHNICITY

The National Union of Students has said it will support any UK student who decides to take on the Government in the European court.

All this because Blair is taxing people again for the right to be educated, and yes it is a right, these people have paid the tax and now deserve the educational benefits.

Scottish Education Minister Brian Wilson announced that from next year, Scottish and other EU students will pay a £3000 contribution towards the cost of a four year honours degree: those from other parts of the "UK" will pay £4000.
