Mr Hague, Tory leader is to be congratulated. He is perfectly correct when he says that Scottish MPS should have no say in what happens in England. But it then goes without saying, MPs from Westminster, and Whitehall should HAVE NO SAY AT ALL, IN ANY SCOTTISH Business.

Time for total independence for Scotland and England I believe!
